Dear All,
I regret to have to inform you that, for personal reasons, Terry Comber has resigned from the post of Chairman.
Michael Baker has agreed to stand in until the Annual General Meeting in January.
At that time a new committee will be elected and if you would like to stand for office, or if you know of anyone who would like to be nominated, please let me know.

Regards,

Irene Ramsbotham
Secretary

UKIP North Norfolk Branch

At the Branch meeting it was proposed by the members that a letter of thanks should be sent to Terry.  The following was sent in a letter dated 8th September 2017.

Dear Terry,

The members were very sorry to hear of your decision to step down as Chairman and have asked me to convey their gratitude to you and Lynette for the huge commitment you have made to UKIP over the years.   They acknowledged the contribution you have both made not just for the North Norfolk Branch but for UKIP nationally in the many hours you have spent and miles travelled to campaign for the Party.  They also appreciated your stepping back into the role when the Branch was without leadership.  The positive approach shown by both you and Lynette has made an enormous impact and contributed to the success of the Branch.

Many thanks and wishing you both all the very best for the future.

Yours sincerely,

Irene Ramsbotham
Secretary
